Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Overview
    By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Havana Coffee Works (the “Promoter”), their immediate families, and employees of participating stores are not eligible to enter.
  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion starts at 12:01 AM on 25 September 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 19 November 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
  3. Participating Stores
    The promotion is available at participating stores which display promotional material for this promotion during the Promotional Period (“Participating Stores”).
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, purchase any two (2) Havana Iced Coffee 240mL products (“Qualifying Products”) in a single transaction from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period. At the time of purchase, scan your Everyday Rewards card to complete the entry (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  5. Entry Limit
    Limit of one (1) entry per transaction, regardless of the number of Qualifying Products purchased. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is made through a separate purchase of the Qualifying Products and adheres to the entry requirements stated.
  6. Prizes
    There are twenty (20) prizes available, each consisting of a Havana Coffee Works merchandise pack. The merchandise pack’s contents and value may vary from those depicted.
  7. Prize Conditions
    • A maximum of one (1) prize per entrant.
    • Prizes are not transferable, changeable, or redeemable for cash.
    • If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  8. Winner Selection
    Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period on 26 November 2024. The first twenty (20) entries drawn will win. The draw will be conducted by an independent third party. Additional reserve entries may be drawn to account for any invalid entries or uncontactable winners.
  9. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted via phone or email using the details associated with their Everyday Rewards card. Winners must provide a valid New Zealand residential delivery address within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
  10. Prize Delivery
    Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winners within 31 days of receipt of the valid address.
  11. Promotion Use
    Acceptance of a prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes without compensation, with any copyright vesting in the Promoter.
  12. General Conditions
    • The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any part of the promotion at its sole discretion.
    • The Promoter may disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    • The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, or misdirected due to technical or human error.
  13. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize. This includes, but is not limited to, any technical issues or theft.
  14. Personal Information
    Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and for future promotional activities. Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.
