RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your items contact Customer Services on (04) 384 7041 within 10 days of receiving your order and they will inform you if you may return them for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Non-consumable returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Havana Coffee Works Ltd work to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP on (04) 384 7041 and we will do our best to cancel your order.
